G’day Members,

Welcome all of our members to 2025! After a somewhat stop/start look to 2024, this year already feels bigger and brighter.

This year will officially kick off with the season launch on March 1st at the Happy Wombat, all the details of which will be available on both TeamApp and Facebook, followed by the Vanuatu 9s, then our first game at Dick Burwell on Saturday 15th March!

Prior to the first game, we are giving all of our existing members the opportunity to beat the rush and register early. While we have used TeamApp up to this point, in line with AFL Masters across the country, Hunter Masters have adopted PlayHQ for 2025 as our platform for player registration. While this sounds easy, in reality, it is!

The process is very simple, using the following link to access the PlayHQ portal:

A couple of small mentions:

If you are yet to have a PlayHQ profile, you will need to create one at the time of logging in for the first time.
If registering for the entire season, choose Playing Member when prompted. The game fee of $15 for your first game is included in the registration fee.
If you are a Life Member, you will need to pay the $15 registration fee, but will also recieve your first game for free. If you are a non-playing member, please use TeamApp to register with our club.
Social members can register their membership through TeamApp as per previous years.
Casual Playing Member and Friend of a Playing Member are options that can be used on game day throughout the season, but suggest that you seek out myself or someone from the Committee to discuss before selecting.
